Mixing upload guidelines
We respectfully request that you review these basic guidelines before uploading your media to our server, this will ensure a smooth and seamless mixing process.
Bit Depth Requirements
Please submit your audio at 24/32 bit, thus making sure the final master is of sufficient professional quality after audio processing.
Sample Rate Submission
Our audio interfaces support playback up to 192khz, ideally you should submit your audio at the native sample rate in which it was recorded.
File Format Submission
Preferably, we would like to receive audio in WAV (Waveform Audio File Format) or AIFF (Audio Interchange File Format)
Track Organisation
We kindly ask that you organise your files, by naming them appropriately before uploading them to our server. This small step goes a long way to speed up the mixing process.

Digital Pitch Correction
Autotune is a digital process in which the pitch of an instrument/performance is altered using pitch correction software such as: Antares Autotune or Celemony Melodyne 5. This enables the user to correct an otherwise out of tune performance by moving notes sharper or flatter manually.
Elastic Audio (Flex Editing)
Elastic Audio is a time-based editing process, where an otherwise out of time performance can be corrected using time compression or expansion. This function allows the user to alter a tracks timing without affecting the pitch or audio quality of a file.
Phase Correlation Correction
Positive phase correlation plays an integral part in achieving a professional multi-microphone recording. In many cases, improper microphone placement can create unwanted Comb Filtering/Phase Cancellation. As a result, you may lose a considerable proportion of your original audio signal, resulting in a thin, lifeless recording.
However, harnessing the latest technology and mixing techniques, we will ensure that your recordings image well and escape the speakers with life, punch, and power.
Noise and General Artefact Removal
Every text, image, icon or button can be edited or replaced simply by selecting it and applying the customisation options.
